Housing Fair 2013 Slated On October 25-27, 2013 At SM Megamall

The Housing Fair 2013 shall be held this October 25 – 27, 2013, at the Megatrade Hall 1, 5th Level, SM Megamall, Building B, Julia Vargas Avenue corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City, Philippines. Sorry for the short notice as it seems this year’s housing fair had little marketing, similar to past housing fairs… sigh.

Aside from the 8th Philippine Housing Fair’s theme: “Gaganda ang Buhay sa Sariling Bahay”, not much information can be found about the housing fair. I guess we just have to attend the event to find out more.

Foreclosed Properties Database Updates!

Update as of September 6, 2013 - Added 2,083 foreclosed properties all over the Philippines with an aggregate selling price of Php 734.4 Million. The price of the properties range from a low of just Php 101 Thousand for a vacant lot in Tarlac, to a  high of Php1.82 Million for a house and lot in Dasmarinas, Cavite.

Unlike most of our listings, this is batch is complete with pictures and each property even has a vicinity map!

We also started to delete old listings which will be replaced by updated listings in the following days.

Update as of August 30, 2013 - Reverted to version 1.0 of the database due to random problems encountered (performance issues and un-clickable buttons).

Update as of August 12, 2013 - Deployed version 2.0 of the database with advanced search capabilities.
