Dr. Larry Gamboa, author of Think Rich, Pinoy

Dr. Larry Gamboa is the best selling author of Think Rich, Pinoy!  After I joined the TrulyRichClub and learned he is Bo Sanchez‘ real estate mentor, I read his first book then  I quickly looked for his other books (which weren’t exactly easy to find).  Lucky I found the eBook editions, so I finished the other three books within two months!

Quezon City Tax Delinquent Properties For Auction on July 4 2013

The Office of the Treasurer of Quezon City shall be conducting a tax foreclosure auction of tax delinquent real properties on July 4, 2013, Thursday, 10:00am, at the Ground Floor, Taxpayer’s Assessment and Payment Lounge, City Hall Complex, Quezon City, Philippines.
Again, this quarter’s public auction of tax delinquent properties are to be conducted by virtue of Sections 260 and 263 of RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.

RR No. 10-2013 specifically states that licensed RESP’s are subject to fifteen percent (15%) withholding tax, if the gross income for the current year exceeds P720,000, and ten percent (10%) withholding tax, if otherwise.
