Prime PNB foreclosed properties and repossessed cars will be offered to the public through a public sealed bidding on February 27 , 2015, Friday, 10:00am, at the 9th Floor, Financial Center, President Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City, Philippines. Since this sealed bidding includes Prime properties of PNB, expect to see huge and expensive properties on the list. Case in point: included on this list is a huge 50 hectare commercial property with improvement from Naga City (Item B37) which has a minimum bid price of Php450,000,000.00.

However, you can also find cheap foreclosed properties, and the cheapest is a residential vacant lot from Surigao Del Sur (Item B102), which has a minimum bid price of just Php175,000.

The list also includes more than forty repossessed cars, and it even includes three acoustic pianos for sale.
