208th UnionBank Foreclosed Properties Auction Slated On October 26, 2013

UnionBank’s Asset Recovery Group will be conducting their 208th Special Public Auction of foreclosed properties on October 26, 2013, Saturday, 9:00am, at the Function Room No. 1, 28th Floor, UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.

A total of 143 residential and commercial foreclosed properties from the Luzon and Metro Manila areas are included in the first auction of the day, which starts promptly at 9:00am.

The second auction which starts immediately after the Luzon and Metro Manila areas includes the brand new house and lots located at the Amalfi in Dasmarinas, Cavite.

Good News: Paranaque Tax Delinquent Properties Get Relief Through Tax Amnesty Until November 15, 2013

Delinquent real property owners in Paranaque City have until November 15, 2013 to avail of a one-time real property tax amnesty. This is good news as it means there won’t be any public auctions for tax delinquent properties in Paranaque anytime soon.

The tax amnesty was granted through Paranaque City Ordinance No. 13-08, Series of 2013, which covers all undeclared real properties (including improvements) and all delinquent real properties. However, properties with pending court cases are excluded. More details below.

Notice of  one-time tax amnesty to all real property owners in Paranaque City. We noticed this while passing through President’s Avenue.

While the Paranaque tax amnesty for realty taxes ends on November 15, 2013, Muntinlupa City real property owners have until December 31, 2013 to avail of a tax amnesty as announced through an advisory on the official website of Muntinlupa City. The good news is, we can expect that public auctions of tax delinquent properties in Muntinlupa shall NOT be conducted in the near future.
